Request deletion of your game data or account information.
To request deletion of your data, use the contact page and include the following in your message: the platform you played on (Android, Steam, Meta Quest), your in-game username or player ID if you have it, and a description of what you'd like deleted.
Requests are handled personally and you'll receive a confirmation once the data has been removed. Response time is typically within a few business days.
Upon request, the following can be deleted: your PlayFab player account and associated game data (progress, currency, settings), any information submitted through this website's contact or bug report forms.
Note that data held by third-party services (such as Google Play, Steam, or Meta) is managed by those platforms directly and must be deleted through their respective account settings.
